Terms of Service
These terms cover the website design service offered at web.basarada.com, operated by Basarada Corporation (Chicago, IL, USA). By generating a draft or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
The service
You answer a short quiz and receive 3 free AI-generated draft designs for your business. Free drafts use generic placeholder content — no real business information is required to see them. If you choose a draft, you pay a flat $300 fee, and we build, polish, and deliver a finished one-page site within 3 business days of receiving your content and payment.
What's included in the $300
- 3 draft designs to choose from
- One finished, human-polished one-page site based on your chosen draft
- Mobile-responsive layout
- Basic SEO (title, description, Open Graph tags)
- Deployment and the first 12 months of hosting
- 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery
Not included: copywriting from scratch (you provide your text, or we can write it for an added fee), stock photography purchase, multi-page sites, third-party integrations (booking, payments, CRM), and revisions requested after the 14-day window.
Payment and refunds
Payment is collected via Stripe when you choose a draft. Full refunds are available any time before work on your chosen draft begins. Once we've started building your final site, payments are non-refundable — this is what lets us commit real design time to your order right away instead of waiting out a refund window.
Design ownership
Rights to the finished design transfer to you in full once payment is complete. Nothing here locks you into staying with us — see hosting below.
Hosting
The first 12 months of hosting are included in your $300. After that, hosting is $9/month. You can cancel and take your site's files with you at any point — hosting with us is convenient, not mandatory.
