01What we do
We design and publish a website for your business. The first drafts are generated by our AI from the brief you write; once you pick one and send your content, AI builds it into the draft you picked, and you review it before it goes live.
Using web.basarada.com means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.
02Price
The website costs $99 — single‑page or multi‑page, same price — charged once, through our payment provider. The price covers design, copy adjustments, build, a domain (registered and held under our account) and 3 rounds of edits — one when you submit your content, plus 2 more within 14 days of launch.
Hosting is billed separately at $9 per month per live site — this also covers the domain's yearly renewal. You can cancel hosting at any time; the site is then taken offline and we hand you the source files. The domain itself stays registered under our account and is not included in a cancellation.
Prices are subject to change. A price change only applies to orders placed after the change goes into effect — it never changes what you already paid or the terms of an order already placed.
03Drafts
Drafts are free and non‑binding. You may walk away after seeing them and owe us nothing. Drafts remain our property until you pay for the one you pick.
We may show anonymised drafts and launched sites as examples of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will remove yours.
04Your content
You keep ownership of the texts, logos and photos you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to build and run your site.
We may refuse or stop work on content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes the rights of others.
05Hosting and uptime
We host your site on managed infrastructure and aim for continuous availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced by email when it is likely to be noticeable.
06Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before we start building your chosen draft into a finished site. Once that work has started, the site price is non‑refundable, because we've already committed real cost to your order (AI build, domain registration). If we fail to deliver a launched site, you get a full refund regardless. Hosting is refunded pro‑rata for the unused part of the month.
07Liability
We are responsible for delivering the service described here. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business resulting from downtime, errors in the content you supplied, or third-party services you connect to your site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
