01What we collect
From your brief: the site's name, the language you choose and the free‑text description of the site you want. From checkout: your email address. From the content step: phone, address, opening hours, texts, the domain you'd like registered, and any files you upload.
From your visit: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept for security and traffic counting.
02Why we use it
To generate your drafts, build and launch your site, take payment, and email you about the order. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third‑party models.
03Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe sends us only the payment result and the last four digits for your receipt.
04Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: our hosting provider, our email provider and Stripe. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms and may process data only on our instructions.
05How long we keep it
Order data and the content you send us: while your site is live and for two years after it goes offline, so we can restore it if you come back. Server logs: 90 days. You can ask us to delete everything sooner.
06Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to web@basarada.com and we will reply within 30 days.
07Cookies
The public pages set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics. Logged-in pages set one session cookie so you stay signed in; deleting it signs you out.
